All sales are final. Each item in the Blossom & Thrive Collection is made to order and offered on a pre-order basis to support our limited edition fundraiser. Because every purchase directly funds therapy equipment, sensory tools, and renovations for our new pediatric clinic in Española, we’re unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us bring high-quality therapy services to Northern New Mexico. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Shipping
Orders placed through our online store will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Please allow standard processing and delivery times. You’ll receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping rates and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery address. At this time, we ship only within the United States.
In-Person Pickup
We’re happy to offer local in-person pickup at our clinic once construction and setup are complete.

In-person pickup will not be available until late January 2026.
