About Us

Empowering Children to Bloom to Their Full Potential Through Therapy & Play

At Blossom & Thrive Therapy Co., we believe that every child deserves a space where they can grow, explore, and truly thrive. Located in Española, NM, our clinic offers both expert pediatric occupational therapy, and speech language pathology services.

In addition to therapy services focused on sensory integration, fine and gross motor skills, feeding, and more, our team partners with families to provide supportive, individualized care rooted in evidence-based practice and genuine compassion. At Blossom & Thrive, we’re more than a clinic, we’re a place where families are welcomed, kids are celebrated, and every child has the chance to blossom and thrive.

Meagan is a licensed occupational therapist born and raised in Northern New Mexico. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of New Mexico in 2020, double majoring in Psychology and Speech & Hearing Sciences, and completed her Master’s in Occupational Therapy from UNM in 2024.

As a mother of two, she brings both professional expertise and personal understanding to her work with children and families. Her passion for occupational therapy grew from seeing the need for accessible, high-quality services in rural communities like her own, where providers are often limited and families face barriers to care. She has a strong clinical interest in sensory integration, feeding therapy, and lactation support.

Meagan’s approach to therapy is grounded in meeting each child exactly where they are, celebrating their strengths, honoring their individuality, and creating a safe space for growth at their own pace. She focuses on building lasting connections with children and families, believing that genuine relationships are the foundation for meaningful progress. Through play, trust, and collaboration, she works to support each child’s confidence, independence, and ability to thrive both in therapy and beyond.

With the children of Northern New Mexico in mind, she co-founded Blossom & Thrive Therapy Co., a space dedicated to providing not only therapy services but also safe, inclusive play experiences. Her mission is to create a supportive environment where all children can blossom, grow, and truly thrive.

Gabby is a licensed occupational therapist originally from Connecticut. She earned her master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Quinnipiac University before moving to New Mexico in 2021, where she has since made Santa Fe her home.

As a mother of three, including two bonus children, Gabby’s personal and professional worlds are deeply intertwined. Her experience as a parent has shaped her understanding of the challenges families face and has strengthened her passion for creating meaningful, accessible therapy services. She values patience, creativity, and connection, and brings those qualities into every session she leads.

Gabby’s clinical approach is rooted in bottom-up, child-centered therapy, with a focus on understanding and addressing the foundational barriers that impact participation in daily life, whether that’s play, learning, self-care, or social engagement. Her goal is to empower each child to build the skills and confidence they need to thrive in their everyday environments.

Driven by a deep commitment to accessibility and inclusion, Gabby believes that every family deserves care that meets them where they are, without barriers or judgment. She strives to create therapy spaces where children and families feel supported, understood, and celebrated for their unique strengths.

Through her work at Blossom & Thrive Therapy Co., Gabby is proud to serve families in Española, helping to build a community where all children can flourish.

Through dependable support, attention to detail, and flexibility, she helps create a calm, organized, and nurturing environment that allows therapists to focus fully on providing quality care.

Our Story

Blossom & Thrive Therapy Co. began with a simple but powerful realization. After facing the challenges of traveling long distances to access therapy services for her own child, Meagan, saw just how much families in Northern New Mexico needed more accessible, high-quality care closer to home. What started as her personal mission to fill that gap soon grew into a shared vision, one rooted in compassion, community, and connection.

Meagan later partnered with Gabrielle who had been her FWII educator during graduate training. Together, they built Blossom & Thrive Therapy Co., a company created by parents, for parents. Both founders understand the importance of family time and the need for flexibility within the workplace, values that are woven into every aspect of the clinic’s culture.

Blossom & Thrive exists because we believe families shouldn’t have to choose between quality care and proximity, and that therapists deserve a space to grow both professionally and personally. Our mission is simple: to ensure every family can find the support their child deserves, close to home.
