At Blossom & Thrive Therapy Co., we believe every child is wonderfully unique and deserves care that meets them right where they are. Rooted in the heart of northern New Mexico, our pediatric occupational therapy clinic was born from a deep love for this community and a desire to bring accessible, high-quality support to families in our area. We’ve created a safe, nurturing space where children can grow, explore, and gain confidence in their own time and way. As locals ourselves, we understand the value of connection, trust, and culturally sensitive care, and we’re committed to walking alongside families every step of the way. Whether we’re supporting sensory needs, motor development, or feeding challenges, our goal is to empower children to thrive in their daily lives. At Blossom & Thrive, every small step forward is celebrated: because healing and growth happen best when they’re rooted in compassion, play, and community.

Get Started at Blossom & Thrive

1. Referral: Ask your child's doctor to fax a referral to our office.

2. Paperwork: Complete the intake forms we'll send your way.

3. Waitlist: Once we recieve everything, your child will be placed on our waitlist. We'll contact you with an estimated wait time.

4. Evaluation: When a spot becomes available, we'll schedule your child's initial evaluation and discuss next steps.

5. Thrive: From there, watch your child blossom & thrive!
