OFFICIAL RULES

Blossom & Thrive Therapy Co. Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. ELIGIBILITY

This giveaway (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of New Mexico who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Blossom & Thrive Therapy Co., and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to enter or win. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins at 12:00:01 AM Mountain Standard Time (MST) on November 6, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 PM MST on January 10, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Pre-orders close January 10, 2026. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM MST on January 10, 2026 to be eligible.

3. HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) ways to enter:

METHOD 1: PURCHASE ENTRY

Purchase any pre-order t-shirt, beanie, or sticker from Blossom & Thrive Therapy Co. during the Promotion Period either:

In person at participating locations, OR
Online at blossomthrivetherapyco.com

Each t-shirt purchase equals six (6) automatic entry into the giveaway.

Beanies equal four (4) automatic entry into the giveaway.

Sticker pack equals two (2) automatic entry into the giveaway.

Multiple purchases will result in multiple entries (e.g., purchase 3 shirts = 18 entries). You will automatically be entered upon completion of your purchase. Retain your receipt/order confirmation as proof of purchase.

METHOD 2: FREE ENTRY (NO PURCHASE NECESSARY)

To enter without making a purchase, complete the entry form available at the end of Official Rules Section.

Limit one (1) free entry per person/per household for the entire Promotion Period. Free entries have the same odds of winning as purchase entries.

ENTRY RESTRICTIONS

All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM MST on January 10, 2026
Only one free entry per person/per household permitted during entire Promotion Period
No limit on purchase entries (each shirt purchase = 6 entry), (each beanie purchase = 4 entry), (each sticker pack purchase = 2 entry)
Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries

4. PRIZES

FIRST PRIZE (1 winner):

$500 Southwest Airlines Gift Card
$750 Visa Gift Card
Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,250

SECOND PRIZE (1 winner):

Four (4) Burner Blackstone Griddle with 30-piece starter kit
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $400

THIRD PRIZE (1 winner):

Dyson Airwrap Multi-Styler
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $600

TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $2,000

PRIZE CONDITIONS:

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be allowed, except at Sponsor's sole discretion
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable
Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes
All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion
Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer
Physical prizes will be awarded as specified; Sponsor not responsible for manufacturer warranties

5. WINNER SELECTION

Three (3) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about January 12, 2026 by Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion.

Winner Announcement: Winners will be announced via Facebook Live at 5:30 PM MST on January 12, 2026 on the Blossom v. Thrive Therapy Co. Facebook page.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winners will be notified by email and/or phone within three (3) business days of the drawing using the contact information provided at entry. Potential winners must respond to winner notification within seventy-two (72) hours of notification attempt. If a potential winner does not respond within the specified time period, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if a potential winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

Winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to return required documents within the specified time period may result in forfeiture of the prize.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Blossom & Thrive Therapy Co., and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Promotion or acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of any prize
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion
In the event of a dispute regarding online entries, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry
By participating, winners grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or any other social media platform

8. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's privacy policy and will be used for the administration of this Promotion and as otherwise specified in these Official Rules. By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information as described herein.

9. DISPUTES/GOVERNING LAW

Except where prohibited, by entering, participants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate state or federal court located in New Mexico. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

Each qualifying product purchase from Blossom & Thrive Therapy Co. automatically includes the number of giveaway entries listed on the product page. Every paid entry counts equally toward the random drawing.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Purchasing merchandise does not increase your odds of winning — it only provides additional entries.
Individuals may also obtain an equal entry without making a purchase by following the Free Entry Instructions on this page.

All eligible entries, both paid and free, will be combined into one random drawing at the close of the giveaway period.
Entries must be received by January 10, 2026, at 11:59 PM MT.

To submit a free entry, follow these steps exactly — incomplete or incorrect submissions will be disqualified:

Download and print the official Free Entry Form (PDF).
Complete the entire form by hand in blue or black ink. Handwritten entries only — digital signatures or typed forms will not be accepted.
Take a clear, well-lit photo of the completed and signed form. The full page must be visible.
- Screenshots, filters, or cropped/partial images will be disqualified.

Include your full name and mailing address in the email body.
All entries must be received by 11:59 PM MT on January 10, 2026. Limit one free entry per person/household. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
