Appointments
At Blossom & Thrive, we believe that therapy works best when it’s consistent, respectful of time, and thoughtfully scheduled to meet each child’s unique needs. Our appointment system is designed to ensure structure and predictability for your family while helping us provide high-quality care across our caseload.
Please take a moment to review how we manage appointments:
• Recurring Appointments
Most therapy sessions are scheduled on a recurring weekly basis to build routine and support progress. Your child’s appointment day and time will be reserved specifically for them. We strongly recommend maintaining a consistent schedule whenever possible.
• Requesting Schedule Changes
We understand that life happens, and you may occasionally need to adjust your child’s therapy time. Please give as much notice as possible if a change is needed. We will do our best to accommodate, though openings may be limited based on therapist availability.
• Make-Up Appointments
Make-up sessions are not guaranteed but may be offered at the therapist’s discretion based on availability. We prioritize consistency and will work with you to find a solution when possible.
• Therapist Absences
If your child’s therapist is out due to illness, training, or personal reasons, we will notify you promptly and offer a rescheduled appointment or make-up session when available.
• Holiday & Closure Schedule
Blossom & Thrive observes certain holidays and may have periodic closures for team training or building maintenance. We will always communicate these dates in advance to help you plan ahead.
• Waitlist & Rescheduling
If your desired time is unavailable, your child may be added to a waitlist. We regularly review our schedule and will notify you as soon as an appropriate time becomes available.
• Arriving on Time
Timely arrival ensures your child receives the full benefit of their session. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the appointments of others.
