Clinic Hours & Closures
At Blossom & Thrive, we value consistency and communication. To support your family’s planning and ensure a predictable routine for your child, we’ve outlined our standard hours and closure policies below. We are committed to informing families of any schedule changes well in advance and will work with you to reschedule missed sessions when possible.
Standard Clinic Hours
Our clinic operates during the following hours:
• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Therapy sessions are scheduled by appointment only, and therapist schedules may vary slightly within these hours. If you have questions about your child’s appointment time or provider availability, please reach out to our front office.
Weekend hours may be offered on a limited basis for private parties, community events, or special playroom activities, and will be communicated separately.
Scheduled Closures
Blossom & Thrive observes the following holidays and planned closures:
• New Year’s Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day (July 4th)
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day & the Friday following
• Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
Additional closures may occur for:
• Staff training or continuing education
• Facility maintenance or improvements
• Severe weather or emergency situations
We will always notify families ahead of time via email, text, or your client portal.
Weather & Emergency Closures
In the event of snow, power outages, or community-wide emergencies, we will communicate any delays or closures promptly.
• Sessions may be rescheduled or, when appropriate, offered virtually.
• We follow local school district and city guidance when determining weather-related closures.
Make-Up Sessions
If a session is canceled due to a clinic closure or therapist absence, we will make every effort to reschedule. While we cannot guarantee availability, we’ll do our best to accommodate your child and keep therapy consistent.
